이 화차(貨車)는 지붕이 있는 협궤선용 화물열차로 미국에서 제작하였다. 레일 사이의 간격이 표준보다 좁은 협궤 노선인 수인선(수원~인천 송도), 수여선(수원~여주)에서 농산물 등 지방의 특산물을 수송하였으나, 1995년 수인선이 폐지됨에 따라 운행이 중단되어 지금은 사용하지 않는다.

This is a covered freight car manufactured in the U.S. in 1955. The freight car greatly devoted to the transport of the principal products of the districts running on the Suin Line (Suwon-Songdo, Incheon) and Suyeo Line (Suwon-Yeoju), which were narrower railroads than standard ones. This car stopped its running at the same time of the abolition of Suin Line in 1995 and is currently not in use.

作为1955年在美国制造的有顶盖的货物列车，对轨道间间隔比标准窄的狭轨路线-水仁线（水原-仁川 松都），水丽线（水原-丽州）上的农产物等地方特产的输送做出了巨大的贡献。 1995年12月随着水仁线的废止而终止了运行，是韩国仅存的狭轨线用有盖的货物列车。
